Split: part after you accept, the rest when the coin launches with a verified contract. Offers above the approval limit need sign-off from two admins.
Any offer above 3 SOL needs a second admin to sign off before you see it.
Part is paid after you accept. The rest is paid when the coin launches with a verified contract. If no coin launches, the second part isn't owed, and your art stays yours.
