Submission rules

Version 2026-10-27. Applicants agree to these when they submit.

   Submit only characters you created, or that you have written permission to submit. Fan art of existing characters, brands or real people is not eligible.

   Disclose any generative AI use honestly. Undisclosed AI use is grounds for rejection or for withdrawing an offer.

3. 3

   Include process evidence when you can: sketches, layered files, timelapses or recordings. It helps reviewers confirm human authorship.

   Submitting does not create a payment obligation. Only an approved concept with an offer you accept does.

   An offer states an exact amount and written usage terms. Nothing is used until you accept those terms.

   Do not promise anyone that a character, coin or token will rise in value. LORE doesn't either.

   Reviewers decide by hand. Automated originality or AI-detection tools can only flag a submission for a person to look at.

   You can withdraw an application that hasn't been decided yet.
