Terms and risk disclosure

LORE reviews original character art, pays artists for concepts it approves, and helps teams form around those characters. It may record a coin launch done by a project team. LORE is not an exchange, broker, investment adviser or launch service, and doesn't hold anyone's funds or keys.

You need to be at least 18 and legally able to agree to these terms where you live. Keep your sign-in secure. One person, one account. We can suspend accounts used for fraud, impersonation, stolen art or harassment.

You must own the art you submit. Submitting doesn't transfer ownership. When you accept an offer, the offer text says exactly what rights LORE and the project team get. If it isn't in the accepted offer, it isn't granted. See the submission rules (version 2026-10-27).

Payments are only owed under an offer you've accepted. Icon-tier offers are paid in two parts: one on acceptance, the rest only if and when a coin for the character launches and LORE verifies it. No launch means no second part. Payments go to the Solana payout wallet you connected and are recorded publicly with the transaction link on the transparency page. Payments are final once confirmed on-chain.

Where a launch service pays creator fees, LORE splits the fee income it actually receives as shown on the $LORE page. Fee income depends entirely on trading activity, which may be zero. No minimum is promised.

No stolen or AI-scraped art passed off as your own, no impersonating artists or LORE, no misleading price claims, no harassment. Report impersonators from any project page.

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, LORE isn't liable for trading losses, the actions of project teams or launch services, or third-party data. Nothing here limits rights you have that can't legally be limited.

We'll post changes here with a new date. Accepted offers keep the terms in force when you accepted them.
